So you've bust open the piggy bank or sold a kidney to buy Traktor Scratch - what now? Or maybe you just want to know what all the fuss is about and want make an informed decision before nurturing the relationship with international kidney traders. Well now you can get the 411 or Traktor Scratch 101 or some other number probably with a US national tour where people gifted in the ways of NI will share their knowledge with you, and give away free stuff too. Though probably not copies of Traktor Scratch.
The obligatory press release reads thus:
Native Instruments kicks off TRAKTOR SCRATCH workshop tour on May 4th
Native Instruments is just about to kick off the TRAKTOR SCRATCH US Tour, a special workshop tour that presents its just-released digital DJ system. Beginnning on May 4th, the month-long tour includes 18 dates, with clinics being held in local music stores in nearly all major US cities.
On all dates, NI product specialists will give in-depth demonstrations of the advanced features and capabilities of TRAKTOR SCRATCH for various DJ styles. Attendants will have the opportunity to thoroughly test-drive the new system, ask questions, and take away free limited-edition TRAKTOR SCRATCH merchandise.
For details of the TRAKTOR SCRATCH US Tour, please see www.native-instruments.com/ts_tour.info
I think Kabuki (Dnb Producer) is gonna be doing this tour. He's the man.
